Sterling Capital is looking for bright, self-motivated professionals to be part of our team. Loan Officers handle mortgage loans from origination through funding. They need to have good computer skills, sales skills, and communication skills—both written and spoken. Impeccable honesty and good people skills are a must. We only hire those interested in a full-time position and a career in the industry. Previous mortgage experience is preferred but not required. We require an intensive training period.
